What people ask before they start.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests record from a browser link or QR code. They do not need an account or app install.
How does pricing work during early access?
During early access, selected events may be complimentary or discounted while we finish the experience. If an event has a cost, it is only to cover production basics. Paid packages will come later and will be purchased per event, not as a subscription. Larger packages will cover more accepted messages, and add-ons will remain optional.
Can the organizer watch submissions before reveal?
No. The organizer sees counts and reminders, not message content. unseal editors prepare the final film, but the event itself does not become a public gallery before the reveal.
What if a guest is camera-shy?
They can use audio-only or a photo with a note, depending on the event settings.
Does this replace a photographer or videographer?
No. unseal complements professional coverage by collecting the words and voices guests came to share.
Can we share the final film?
Yes. After the reveal, you can share the finished film or create a shorter cutdown for family, guests, and social posts.
What if only some guests record?
